Shipping & Returns
We want you to be happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for either store credit or product exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Your item must be returned as it was delivered - unworn and with original packaging (pouch, message card, and care card). Store credits and product exchanges can be used for any items on our website.
Custom orders (including custom sized pieces or design alterations) cannot be returned for product exchanges or credits.
To initiate the return process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for your return. Further instructions will be provided.
Please note - tlc is not responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to our NJ location. However, we will cover shipping your newly exchanged item back to you!
Our goal is to provide you with high quality products. We always want to stand proud of the products you receive! Any item in need of a repair or replacement from manufacturer's defect is covered under our policy. A claim must be issued first. Please Contact Us or email email@example.com to initiate a warranty claim.
For other types of repairs, including accidental damage and ordinary wear, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information and further instruction.
We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible! Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
