Where is the jewelry made? 

All of tlc jewelry is made in the USA! The pieces are designed, produced, and shipped from our New Jersey location. 

 

What materials do you use? 

All pieces are comprised of plated hematite chevron arrows. 
We use a variety of gemstones and Czech glass. 
The metal components and chain are of sterling silver, 14k gold plated over sterling silver, or 14k gold filled.
All jewelry has a plated brass logo charm. 

 

What are the sizes of the bracelets and anklets?

tlc classic anklets and classic bracelets are adjustable in order to accommodate a majority of sizes. One size fits most.

Classic Bracelets are approximately 7- 8" in length.

Classic Anklets are approximately 9"- 10.5" in length. 

Stretch bracelets are approximately 7.25" - 7.5" in length. They are made of elastic and stretch to fit most wrist sizes. 

Resilience Bracelets are approximately 7" in length. Most are made of elastic and stretch to fit most wrist sizes.

Resilience Anklets are approximately 9" in length. Most are made of elastic and stretch to fit most ankle sizes.

Can children wear tlc jewelry? 

  tlc jewelry is not intended for children under the age of 12.
 

 How should I care for my jewelry? 

Handle your jewelry with tlc!

Keep away from water and moisture. Remove your jewelry when showering, swimming, or exercising. 
Avoid contact with beauty products or other chemicals. 
To restore luster and shine, wipe with a soft jewelry cloth. 
Store in a dry, cool place - preferably a sealed bag or jewelry pouch. 

 

What should I do if my item has been damaged or broken? 

Any item in need of a repair or replacement from manufacturer's defect is covered under the tlc warranty policy. A claim must be issued first. Please Contact Us or email tina@tlcmovingforward.com to initiate a warranty claim. 

For other types of repairs, including accidental damage and ordinary wear, please email tina@tlcmovingforward.com for additional information and further instruction.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

We want you to be happy! tlc offers store credit or product exchanges. 

Product exchanges - tlc is not responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to our NJ location. However, we will cover shipping your newly exchanged item back to you!

Store credits - we will issue you a credit to be used at any time in the future. Store credits do not expire.

Do you offer gift packaging? 

Each item comes in a tlc jewelry pouch with a message card and care card.

We can include a note card with your special gift message upon request. Please indicate and write your message in the "add a note to your order" field on the shopping cart page prior to checkout. 

 

Will I receive any email notifications once I place my order?

Yes, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email immediately following your checkout. 
Next, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is being fulfilled. You will also receive an out for delivery update with your tracking information.
The last email you will receive is the notification that your package has been delivered!

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your order. We try to ship it out as soon as possible! 

Upon checkout, estimates will be provided to you based on shipping method.
